Job summary

Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI) is seeking a Supportive Services Manager in Seattle to supervise case managers across Permanent Supportive Housing sites, coordinate grants, and ensure compliance with financial reporting.

The role focuses on systems integration, staff development, and collaboration with LIHI leadership, HUD, King County, and other funders to advance housing justice.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree required in social work or related field; MSW preferred.
  • Experience in case management and/or resident support services with supervisory/management experience.
  • Background in grant management highly desired and housing-specific case-management desired.
  • Knowledge of local social service resources.
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervision of supportive services staff.
  • Experience handling confidential information and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with property management is desirable.
  • Strong computer/tech skills; budgeting, reporting, invoices.

Responsibilities

  • Staff support, training and supervision for Case Managers at multiple sites.
  • Direct supervision of up to 10 Supportive Service staff.
  • Supportive Services and Property Management collaboration for resident outcomes.
  • Participate in program evaluation and best practice development.
  • Oversee case management records for quality assurance and data management.
  • Conduct staff meetings weekly or bi-weekly.
  • Provide direct-resident support as needed; crisis intervention and referrals.
  • Conduct site visits and periodic audits of Supportive Services across sites.
