The Low Income Housing Institute is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties with a strong emphasis on resident well-being, safety, and long-term housing stability. Qualifications

• Associate degree in Property Management, Human Services, Social Work, or related field.
• Six+ years of senior management experience in residential property/facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to teams across property management and PSH programs, including supervision of Area Managers and site staff.
• Monitor unit turnover, occupancy, delinquency, and rent collections; optimize revenue and reduce vacancies.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC and other affordable housing program requirements; coordinate with funders and site staff.
• Lead with trauma-informed, housing-first approaches to resident well-being and stability.
• Collaborate with other LIHI departments (development, finance, HR) to align operations with strategic goals.
• Develop and enforce policies, oversee budget, and manage capital and maintenance projects.
