Job summary

The Sanctuary on Potomac, a 43-unit Permanent Supportive Housing community, seeks a Mission-driven Manager of Supportive Services to lead the resident-focused team. You will supervise two Peer Support Specialists, coordinate Medicaid-reimbursable services, and ensure high-quality, trauma-informed, housing-stabilization care for residents exiting homelessness.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field; Colorado licensure required.
• Minimum three years of experience in case management, PSH, homeless services.
• One year supervisory or program coordination experience is preferred; Medicaid billing knowledge.
• Experience with Permanent Supportive Housing, trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practices.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, confidentiality standards, and information-sharing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision to two Peer Support Specialists.
• Conduct supervision, case consultation, performance evaluations, and staff development.
• Lead service planning, documentation review, and quality assurance activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure integrated service delivery.
• Maintain direct service caseload and provide crisis response and housing stabilization support.
• Develop and implement service delivery procedures and program protocols.
• Monitor compliance with Medicaid, agency, and regulatory requirements.
