Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of Housing First model and Trauma-Informed Care.
• Experience in social services, housing, or community mental health settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate housing services and treatment planning for residents.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning.
• Document outcomes, funder reports, and ensure program compliance.
• Facilitate supportive mediation and advocate for tenants with partners and landlords.
