Lifehouse Inc. is seeking a Manager for the Supported Living Services (SLS) department in San Rafael, CA. You will lead program design, coordinate IPP implementations, and ensure high-quality supports focused on dignity, independence, and quality of life for individuals with I/DD.

You will hire and mentor staff, manage schedules and budgets, participate in cross-team meetings, and advocate for clients. The role requires senior-level experience with I/DD and strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with individuals with I/DD.
• 3+ years of experience managing others.
• Creative problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient with standard office software and smartphone tech.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and implementation of SLS.
• Coordinate IPP implementations emphasizing dignity and independence.
• Maintain communication with individuals served, Lifehouse staff, supervisors, and family.
• Hire, train and motivate qualified staff.
• Manage scheduling of supports and collaborate on referrals and intakes.
• Assist with annual budgets and budget oversight.
• Attend external meetings and Lifehouse trainings.
• Advocate for individuals served and support self-advocacy.
• Ensure health and safety and follow through on health-related matters.
• Provide training, supervision, and feedback to staff.
