Lifehouse is seeking compassionate counselors to support individuals with I/DD in San Rafael, CA. This in-person role focuses on helping people lead fuller lives by facilitating daily tasks, skill-building, and community participation.

Qualifications

• CA Driver's License plus 2 years driving experience required.
• Registered vehicle with valid insurance required.
• Ability to pass LiveScan fingerprint clearance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Assist people in day-to-day tasks to promote independence.
• Train and facilitate skill development for independent living.
• Support community integration through recreational activities.
• Monitor progress toward goals in ISP and update as needed.
• Build positive relationships with parents and third-party agencies.
