Job summary

Strategies to Empower People is seeking a full-time Program Manager I to coordinate a community-based Supported Living program for adults with I/DD in the Sacramento region. The role involves supervising field staff, conducting on-site assessments, and developing plans to support clients and staff alike.

The position requires crisis intervention, planning, and budget experience, with on-site work and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) population.
• At least 2 years of supervisory and budgetary/finance experience.
• Understanding of Supported Living Services (SLS) and Medi-Cal.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to use databases and documentation systems.
• Licensed and insured driver with a clean driving record in the past 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate Supported Living Services for I/DD adults in the Sacramento area.
• Supervise field staff and conduct on-site assessments; develop plans and goals.
• Ensure health, safety and success of clients and staff; implement crisis plans.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and quality assurance checks.
• Provide hands-on support and participate in budgeting and program development.
