Job summary

Evergreen Life Services is seeking a Home Manager to support operations of one or two supported living homes under the supervision of the Program Coordinator and the Area Supervisor.

The role includes coordinating medical care, monitoring medications, and supervising staff to ensure safe, compliant, and respectful care for residents, with emphasis on documentation and coordination with medical professionals.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent experience in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Windows, Office, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Schedule medical appointments and follow-ups.
• Monitor medications, including MAR reviews, ordering, and disposal.
• Coordinate with PT/OT/SLP and Nutritionist.
• Ensure medical forms are completed before leaving the physician's office.
• Maintain documentation of medical contacts and transportation vehicles.
• Ensure home and vehicle maintenance for safe operations.
