Job summary

Beyond Home Health Care in New Jersey is seeking a Supported Employment trained Direct Support Professional (DSP) to help clients achieve personal goals, maintain independence, and integrate fully into their communities.

You will implement ISPs, provide companionship, monitor health, assist with job applications and training, and maintain care documentation while following behavioral support plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR and First Aid training to be completed through approved providers.

• Maintain accurate care documentation and follow behavioral support plans as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Prior experience with developmental disabilities (strongly preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Required training certifications such as CPR and First Aid to be completed through approved providers.
