Responsibilities

• Implement and adhere to Individualized Service Plans (ISPs).
• Provide companionship and encourage social inclusion.
• Administer medication and monitor health per guidelines.
• Support clients with job applications and job training.
• Maintain accurate care documentation and follow behavioral support plans.
