Beyond Home Health Care is a New Jersey-based provider delivering personalized, community-based support under the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). We aim to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to live independently with dignity and inclusion in their communities.

Join our dedicated team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) trained in Supported Employment to help clients achieve personal goals, gain independence, and participate fully in their communities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years old or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• CPR and First Aid training required through approved providers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility.
• Implement ISPs aligning with clients’ goals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, and encourage social inclusion.
• Administer medication and monitor client health as per guidelines.
• Support clients with job applications and job training.
• Maintain accurate care documentation and follow behavioral support plans as required.

• Administer medication and monitor client health as per guidelines.
• Support clients with job applications and job training
• Maintain accurate care documentation and follow behavioral support plans as required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Prior experience with developmental disabilities (strongly preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Required training certifications such as CPR and First Aid to be completed through approved providers.
