Beyond Home Health Care in New Jersey is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist clients with daily living activities, ISPs, and community integration. You will provide compassionate support in a home and community setting, helping individuals pursue goals and independence.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, legal driving ability, CPR/First Aid training, and flexible hours including full-time, part-time, or per diem. Mileage reimbursement and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• CPR and First Aid training required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility.

• Provide companionship and emotional support, and encourage social inclusion.
