Job summary

The Russell Martin Foundation in Sussex seeks a Volunteer Support Worker for Special Educational Needs to support children and young people with learning disabilities, sensory impairment, and complex needs.

You will work in a SEN setting, require resilience and flexibility, and uphold safeguarding as a priority; prior experience is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in similar support work.
  • Experience with learning disabilities and complex needs (LD, PMLD, ASC, SEMH) and trauma/ACEs.

Responsibilities
