The candidate should be patient, caring, and reliable, with strong communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting autistic individuals or those with learning disabilities preferred.
• Ability to provide 2:1 support in daily living situations.
• Willingness to learn specialist communication methods.

The person we support has Autisum and Mild learing disabilities and requires support with daily living, communication, behavioural support. We are looking for someone who can provide consistent, person-centred support while promoting independence, choice, and quality of life.
