Job summary

Agincare in Frome is seeking a Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities live more independently. You’ll provide person-centred guidance, assist with daily routines, and accompany people on community activities, holidays, and social outings, building trust and meaningful connections.

We offer £13.00 per hour, funded training up to QCF Level 5, a refer-a-friend bonus, pension, discounts, and a supportive, values-led team with clear career development opportunities.

Qualifications
