Job summary

A Support Worker position at Allscreens Nationwide Ltd for Spring Road is available. You will empower adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs to live life their way, delivering personal care and facilitating daily activities within a safe, supportive setting.

You will work to individual care plans, support health and wellbeing and help clients achieve personal goals on a 42-hour weekly rota basis.

Job description

Hours: Full-time 42 hours per week (Monday to Sunday, rota basis)

Pay: £12.71 – £13.21 per hour (depending on qualifications)

About the Service

Spring Road is a 12-bed supported living service supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needss. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills and achieve their personal goals.

People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including going shopping, days out, socialising and driving helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.
