Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college, business, banking or professional training helpful
• Two years’ experience in sales, consumer banking, lending, customer service and/or operations
• Demonstrated personal computer literacy

Responsibilities

• Lead Bangor Support team in both sales and service, including coaching and feedback
• Coordinate and monitor referrals to other departments and track performance metrics
• Act as liaison to branches to resolve customer needs and concerns
• Ensure first-call resolution by guiding and supporting staff
• Assist in staffing and scheduling in manager/assistant manager’s absence
• Educate and mentor team members in bank products, services and procedures
