Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking reliable Support Staff to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes. You will provide compassionate assistance, promote independence, and guide skill-building activities while supporting participation in the broader community to help grow personal goals outside the home.

Full and part-time positions are available. We offer paid training, a flexible schedule, and a virtual interview process to get you started quickly.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
