Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking reliable Caregivers to work 1:1 with Recipients in clients' homes, providing support, encouragement, and skill-building activities. This role helps recipients grow personal goals outside the home.

We offer full and part-time positions, paid training, flexible schedule, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process, with opportunities to make a real difference in the community.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home support to recipients, encouraging and assisting with skill-building activities.
• Assist recipients in community outings to support personal goals.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to follow care plans and ensure safety.
