Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking reliable Caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes, supporting, encouraging, and helping with skill-building activities.

You may bring recipients into the community to help grow personal goals outside of the home. Full and part-time positions are available with paid training and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care in clients' homes, supporting and encouraging skill-building activities.
• Help clients grow personal goals outside of their home environment by participating in community activities.
