Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes, supporting, encouraging and helping with skill-building activities while also taking clients into the community to grow personal goals.

We offer full and part-time positions with paid training, a flexible schedule, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process to simplify onboarding and employment opportunities.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities
