Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable caregivers to support mental health recipients in Southeast Michigan in client homes. You will work 1:1, helping with activities, encouraging skill-building, and accompanying clients to community activities to foster independence.

We offer paid training, a flexible schedule, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process. Candidates must be compassionate, dependable, and capable of following care plans with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Must have reliable transportation to assignments.
• Able to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with recipients in their homes to support, encourage and build skills.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal development goals.
• Facilitate community outings to promote social engagement.
• Contribute to a positive, caring home environment and teamwork.
