Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Support Staff to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities, and help bring clients into the community to grow personal goals outside the home.

We offer full and part-time positions with paid training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process. Join a team that values care, reliability, and a positive, supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable are essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to recipients in their homes.
• Encourage and assist with skill-building activities.
