Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Support Staff to work 1:1 with Recipients in Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill building activities, and bring clients into the community to grow personal goals outside their home.

This role offers a flexible schedule with both full- and part-time positions, paid training, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to Recipients in their homes.
• Assist with skill-building activities and daily living tasks.
• Accompany Recipients to community activities to promote goals.
• Follow individualized care plans and document progress.
