Health Solutions is a premier wellness center in Southern Colorado seeking a full-time Support Staff for our Medical Call Center in Pueblo. You will deliver compassionate, high-quality service, manage multiple phone lines, verify payer eligibility, and schedule client appointments using our EHR system.

Hybrid work shift may be available. The role offers competitive pay around $17.45 per hour depending on experience and degree, with a comprehensive benefits package and a warm, collaborative team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year secretarial experience.
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills.
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
• Knowledge of appropriate boundaries and flexibility.
• Current Colorado driver license and transportation during work hours.

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary customer service in a fast-paced medical call center.
• Manage multiple phone lines and ensure timely connections.
• Verify client payer eligibility and schedule appointments.
• Complete email tasks and communicate with providers via EHR.
• Cover for other staff and maintain client electronic health records.
• Perform duties as assigned by supervisor and director.

Hybrid work shift may be available.What You’d Be DoingAs a member of the Support Staff, you would be working in a fast-paced behavioral healthcare and addiction recovery practice. Creating and sustaining positive, compassionate interactions with clients and co-workers, and providing high quality service will be central to the work you do. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be important to your responsibilities.Under the supervision of the Support Services Director, Medical Call Center Support Staff will:Provides exemplary customer service.Work hours between 7:30am and 6:30pmActively engages with individuals who have both primary care and behavioral health needs.Manages multiple phone lines. Ensures timely and accurate connection for ongoing support.Verifies client payer eligibility.Schedules client appointments as requested.Completes email tasks.Actively meet performance measures.Communicate with provider teams regarding patient needs via EHR.Cover for other Medical Call Center staff for breaks/lunch.Maintains client electronic health records as needed.Completes other department’s job requests as needed.Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor and director.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Requires standing, sitting, for prolonged periods of timeOccasionally lifts and carries items up to 20 poundsRequires working under stress in emergency situationsRequires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record data electronically and communicate with clientsRequires frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and mouseWhat You’ll Like About UsCompetitive pay $ 17.45 hourly depending on experience and degreeGenerous benefits package.
