Job summary

Marrakech, Inc. in New Haven, CT is seeking reliable support staff to assist individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in a residential group home setting. You will help people live safe, fulfilling lives while supporting independence and personal choice.

Responsibilities include daily living assistance, attending medical needs and appointments, and encouraging community involvement. Paid training is provided, and DDS medication certification, CPR and First Aid can be obtained

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Connecticut Driver's License.
• Ability to obtain DDS Medication Certification, CPR, and First Aid.
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is helpful but not required.

About the Role

Your responsibilities may include:

• Completing routine overnight safety checks (for overnight staff)

We're seeking reliable, compassionate individuals who are motivated to make a difference.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is helpful—but not required. We provide paid training to help you succeed.

Pay

• $19.28 per hour
• $0.50 per hour with DDS Medication Certification
• Certification can be obtained after hire if not already certified
