Marrakech, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in a residential group home setting in Connecticut.

You will help residents live safely and independently, building trust and encouraging personal choice through daily interactions. The role involves supporting daily living activities, medical appointments, and adherence to individual plans, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and community involvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Connecticut Driver's License required.
• Ability to obtain DDS Medication Certification, CPR, and First Aid.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with daily living skills such as personal care, meals, and routines

• Completing routine overnight safety checks (for overnight staff)
• Working collaboratively as part of a compassionate, supportive team

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is helpful - but not required. We provide paid training to help you succeed.

Pay

• $19.28 per hour
• $0.50 per hour with DDS Medication Certification

Certification can be obtained after hire if not already certified
