Marrakech, Inc. is hiring a Program Instructor (DSP) to support individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in a residential group home setting. You will help residents live safely and independently by building trusting relationships and promoting personal choice.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks, attending medical appointments, and following individualized plans. Training is provided, and a positive, compassionate attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Connecticut Driver's License required.
• Ability to obtain DDS Medication Certification, CPR, and First Aid.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking reliable, compassionate individuals who are motivated to make a difference.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Connecticut Driver's License

Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is helpful-but not required. We provide paid training to help you succeed.

Pay

• $19.28 per hour
• Additional $0.50 per hour with DDS Medication Certification

Certification can be obtained after hire if not already certified
