Job summary

Marrakech, Inc. is seeking Direct Care Staff (DSP) to support individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in a residential group home. You’ll help residents live safe, fulfilling lives and build trusting relationships that foster independence and personal choice.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, supporting medical needs, and following individualized plans. Training is paid, and certification can be obtained after hire if needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Connecticut Driver’s License is required.
• Ability to obtain DDS Medication Certification, CPR, and First Aid.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking reliable, compassionate individuals who are motivated to make a difference.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Connecticut Driver’s License

Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is helpful—but not required. We provide paid training to help you succeed.

Pay

• $19.28 per hour
• Additional $0.50 per hour with DDS Medication Certification
• Certification can be obtained after hire if not already certified
