This includes case management,psycho education, crisis intervention, advocacy, and community liaison.Timely and accurate completion of all documentation such as shift logs, incident reports, and service notes.Medication monitoring and education to support self-dosing of medication.Teaching community skills including ADLs as needed inboth individual and group settings.A Rehab Counselor will assist in the transportation of clients betweenresidences, office, and community locations as needed.Assist the Rehabilitation Counselors and other staff asneeded.Maintaining their level of skill by completing the required 20 hours per year of training. In addition, each employee is expected to abide by all safety rules and regulations of the department and facility.Support Staff is responsible for carrying out the mission, philosophyof care and policies of Key Point.
