Among the programs and services, we provide are Outpatient Mental Health Centers, Adult and Child Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs, School-Based Therapy, Community Outreach, and Residential Services.Who We Need:We are currently looking for Weekend Residential Support Staff to join our Harford Residential team.What We Need:Someone who has either experience or education related to the population with whom they shall work and an eagerness to grow in the field.Someone who has knowledge of the DSM and relevant symptoms of the most common diagnosis within the residential programs.Someone who can demonstrate basic proficiency in assessments, treatment planning, advocacy skills and case management skills.Someone who can demonstrate the ability to express themselves well through writing, interpersonal and oral communication skills.Someone who has an understanding and sensitivity to serving culturally diverse and/or special needs population while maintaining patient confidentially.Key Responsibilities Include:Staff are responsible for the comprehensive services offered through on-site and off-site programs.
