Key Point Health Services Inc. seeks a full-time Rehab Counselor for the Dundalk PRP Outreach team. The role emphasizes psychoeducational groups, ADL coaching, and thorough documentation with strong assessment and case management skills.

A driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required, with driving duties in a community-based program. Applicants should have a high school diploma and 2 years in psychiatric rehab or an AA degree in a related field; another path is an AA with no experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma AND 2 years of experience in psychiatric rehab, mental health or related human services field OR AA degree in psychology, sociology, psychiatric rehab, mental health, or a related human services field with no experience required.
• Valid and active Maryland driver's license (or state of residence) for at least 3 years
• Pass a criminal background check, MVA check, and provide a negative drug screen
• Must have own vehicle

Responsibilities

• Conduct and document onsite and offsite psychoeducational groups.
• Teach community skills including ADLs as needed.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation such as treatment plans and progress notes.
• Safely transport PRP members to and from the program and offsite activities.
• Provide comprehensive services including assessment, case management, psychoeducation, crisis intervention, advocacy, and community liaison.
• Must drive 15 passenger vans.
