The Support Services Trainer supports districtwide implementation of safety, behavior, and trauma-informed practices under the supervision of the Support Services Training Manager. Responsibilities include delivering The Mandt System training, supporting compliance monitoring, developing and evaluating training materials, and promoting safe, inclusive learning environments through de-escalation, behavioral data collection, and trauma-informed strategies in collaboration with school teams.
