Position Summary: The Specially Designed Instruction Mentor will serve as a guide and resource for educators to effectively implement specially designed instruction across the district. This role emphasizes coaching, supporting, and mentoring teachers in the use of evidence-based strategies and curriculum to improve outcomes for students with disabilities. The Specially Designed Instruction Mentor works collaboratively with school teams and district leadership to ensure compliance, promote instructional fidelity, and enhance student achievement.
