South Dakota State University (SDState) IT Support Desk seeks an individual to provide frontline technical support for Brookings campus users. Responsibilities include assisting faculty, staff and students, and supporting Mac and Windows workstations with a focus on hardware and software troubleshooting and installations.

Job Responsibilities: This position will provide technical support for faculty, staff, and students. Service desktop and laptop mac and windows based computers. Provide a wide variety of computer, client, and network support to ensure effective installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software.
