South Dakota State University seeks a Program Assistant II to provide executive level support to the VP for Technology and Security and division leadership. You will manage calendars, coordinate communications, and support strategic initiatives to ensure smooth daily operations.

The Division of Technology and Security at South Dakota State University is seeking a people-centered well organized Program Assistant II to join our team. This position plays a vital by providing executive level support to the VP for Technology and Security as well as division leadership through high-level administrative, organizational, and operational assistance. This position ensures day-to-day activities run smoothly through continuity of processes, allowing for fast and consistent service to the University.
The Division of Technology & Security ( DTS ) supports the University’s mission as a high-achieving land-grant institution by delivering technology services, safeguarding institutional information assets, and supporting effective use of technology across the University. Its reach extends across the state, providing IT and safety support to Research Stations and Extension Centers, ensuring secure and reliable operations wherever the University’s work takes place.
