Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Support Lead to assist with front end operations, cash handling, safety, and cleanliness while promoting a WOW customer experience. You will help guide the front end team and model leadership during the Manager on Duty shifts.

Responsibilities include training staff, achieving CSAT goals, and driving key metrics. The role is hourly with starting pay posted at $11.50 per hour and requires a high school diploma and management experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal interactions and high service standards.
• Lead Front End Operations and assist with cashiering and POS procedures.
• Train staff on customer service standards and Five Below SOPs.
• Assist in driving store sales and managing payroll within budget.
