Extenteam is seeking a detail-oriented operations specialist to support a property management client. You will approve pricing, review applicant files, sign leases, and override screening when required, while ensuring adherence to operational guidelines in a fast-paced, independent environment.

You will analyze ledger corrections, manage deposit refunds, and collaborate with key business owners. Proficiency with Entrata, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office is essential to fulfill requests accurately.

Qualifications

• Superior attention to detail and ability to navigate data entry systems.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, plus experience building relationships across teams.
• 1-3 years of related experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
