This role guarantees 40 hours per week and mileage reimbursement for required travel within the territory. You will ensure safety and productivity, provide mentorship, and support adults with developmental disabilities at community-based employment sites, adapting to multiple locations while maintaining documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and driving record meeting insurance criteria.
• Reliable transportation.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Knowledge of, or ability to learn basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and mentorship: Provide one-on-one and group support to adults with developmental disabilities as they engage in community-based employment activities.
• Adaptability: Serve as a floater and be ready to assist at multiple job sites.
• Skill development: Work with participants to develop vocational and life skills including job training, communication, and time management.
• Monitoring: Ensure work meets host specifications and safety requirements; monitor quality of work.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of participants' progress and ensure reporting per guidelines.
