Job summary

MAC.BID facility is seeking a full-time Facility Floater to support multiple operations in Akron, OH. The role involves inventorying pallets, cleaning duties, waste handling, and dock unloading to ensure smooth warehouse flow.

The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance, stand for long periods, and adhere to written instructions. Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team.
• Must be able to stand and walk for hours.
• Availability to work on-site; schedule Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Clear, inventory, and sort pallets.
• Clean warehouse and office spaces.
• Empty garbage and manage dumpster per vendor criteria.
• Collect and bale cardboard.
• Meet live trailers at the dock to unload quickly.
