Saw,-Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Group Employment Floater to supervise work crews when the Group Employment Professional is unavailable. This full-time role guarantees 40 hours per week and includes mileage reimbursement for travel within the territory.

You will support adults with developmental disabilities, help develop job and life skills, ensure safety and quality at host sites, and maintain progress records in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Have and maintain a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets insurance underwriting criteria.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Obtain/maintain CPR/First Aid certification/DODD certification.
• Knowledge of, or ability to learn basic computer skills.

Aufgaben

• Support and mentorship: Provide one-on-one and group support to adults with developmental disabilities as they engage in community-based employment activities.
• Adaptability: Serve as a floater and be ready to assist at multiple job sites; adapt to changing environments.
• Skill development: Work with participants to develop vocational and life skills, including job training and time management.
• Monitoring: Ensure work produced meets host company specs and safety requirements; monitor quality at the site.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of participants' progress and reporting per guidelines.
