Cap City Supported Living is seeking a Direct Support Professional Floater Female to join our in-home care team in Columbus, Ohio. You will provide personal care, assist with daily living activities, and support clients in maintaining independence and quality of life.

The role involves varied shifts (days, evenings, weekends) to ensure 24/7 coverage and a compassionate, client‑centered approach. We value empathy, reliability, and teamwork, with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with vulnerable populations (seniors or individuals with disabilities) preferred.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).

Responsabilidades

• Assist with medication management and administration as needed.
• Help clients with meal preparation, laundry, and household chores.
• Encourage and facilitate socialization and recreational activities to promote client engagement and well-being.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor and report client status and concerns to management and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a safe and clean home environment for clients.
• Work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, to ensure 24/7 coverage.
