Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 production support for ontology and knowledge-graph use cases implemented across Neo4j and Palantir.
• Support production ontology objects, relationships, actions, workflows, and graph-backed applications.
• Troubleshoot object hydration, data lineage, data-quality expectations, action failures, write-back errors, graph queries, and integration issues.
• Monitor use-case health and work with platform operations, data engineering, FDE teams, and business owners to restore service.
• Maintain use-case-specific alerts, support runbooks, release checks, and known-error guidance; identify reusable fixes and patterns.
