Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
• Professional experience developing data/platform engineering solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry or comparable enterprise data platforms.
• Strong understanding of data ontology and data modeling concepts.
• Experience building, integrating, and maintaining ETL pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark for data processing.
• Experience implementing logging, monitoring, and observability for data/platforms.
• Understanding of data governance and data quality practices.
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and automated deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate scalable ETL pipelines within the Palantir Foundry ecosystem.
• Connect custom ETL conditioners and data workflows with Palantir tooling to improve visibility, monitoring, and efficiency.
• Develop data processing solutions using Python and PySpark for large-scale ingestion and transformation.
• Apply Ontology concepts to organize data for downstream use.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and observability across data transformation workflows.
• Establish and maintain data validation and quality controls for trusted data products.
• Apply data governance practices throughout the data lifecycle.
