Tangem started with the idea of bringing digital assets to the masses using a unique combination of a smartcard-based hardware wallet and mobile applications.

• Consult users on our products and services by answering requests on emails and chats
• Processing users’ requests described in the knowledge base
• Escalating users’ requests are not described in the knowledge base to higher levels of support

Требования:

Fluency in English is mandatory

Experience with Zendesk or other ticket systems is mandatory

Readiness to perform monotonous tasks

• additional European languages will be an advantage
• Experience in multi-level support would be a valuable advantage
• Interest and understanding of the crypto and banking sectors would be a valuable advantage
• Experience in crypto projects/in banking projects would be a strong advantage
