The ideal candidate has 3+ years of IT experience, including procurement, strong communication, and experience with Azure AD and Azure DevOps. Python scripting is required, with C# or PowerShell beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Studio Management, Directors, and Leads to address studio IT needs.
• Execute PC hardware procurement, setup, imaging, deployment, and recycling.
• Field and resolve requests for IT services, repairs, upgrades, support, inquiries, and complaints.
• Manage studio inventory of PCs, peripherals, and spare parts.
• Handle user account lifecycle management.
• Provide IT support to internal teams and external partner teams engaged in game development.
• Collaborate with broader enterprise IT teams to apply best practices and resolve technical concerns.

Job Description

We are seeking a Support Engineer 2 to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in studio IT support, hardware procurement, and inventory management and a proven ability to deliver reliable end-user support and streamline device lifecycle processes.

Team and Project Focus:

This role focuses on hands-on IT support and procurement to help the studio deliver a high-quality player experience. This position is onsite, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. No overtime is expected. Supplier will provide equipment and software.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of IT experience, including 2+ years in a procurement-focused role.

• Scripting capability in Python required for this role; familiarity with C# or PowerShell is beneficial.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience supporting a game development studio or creative production environment.
• Comfort supporting multiple operating systems.

Assessment Process:

• One 30-minute hard skills assessment with the sponsor and an FTE, scheduled as soon as possible.
