In this role, you will help individuals access the services, resources, and supports they need to live as independently and successfully as possible in the community.
Minimum Requirements
As a Support Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities access the services, resources, and supports they need to live successfully in the community. You'll work alongside a collaborative team dedicated to promoting independence, self-determination, community inclusion, and quality of life while advocating for the individuals and families you serve.
The selected candidate must successfully pass a criminal history fingerprint background investigation, DMV record check, Child Registry search, drug screening test and employment reference checks.
