Position: Support Associate

Join our innovative team dedicated to exceptional customer service and a positive culture in retail. We are seeking a Support Associate to contribute to a customer and product-focused sales environment by managing merchandise, stock processing, and store organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Excellence: Process merchandise, organize stockrooms, ensure proper product merchandising, manage receipts and transfers, and assist with visual displays and store cleanliness.
2. Customer Experience: Support and promote our Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, providing a cohesive omni-channel experience.
3. Teamwork and Growth: Foster an inclusive team environment, seek personal development opportunities, and participate in assigned duties.

Qualifications:

• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 16 years or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and adaptability to technology.
• Ability to work primarily standing, quickly, and within tight timelines.
• Team-oriented mindset and exposure to visual merchandising preferred.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Walking/Standing for most of the shift.
