Job description

Position Objective

The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture by performing sales operations functions such as merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We are passionate about our work and committed to providing an engaging environment for growth and learning.

Functional Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
  • Processes merchandise, ensuring proper storage, ticketing, and accessibility for replenishment.
  • Ensures timely merchandising of new products.
  • Enters receiving documents, reconciles invoices, and manages store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately.
  • Handles visual materials and signage efficiently, and maintains stockroom organization.
  • Participates in pricing adjustments and markdowns.
  • Notifies management of cash supply needs.
  • Assists with visual merchandising directives, including floorsets and signage placement.
  • Supports boutique cleanliness and organization.
Customer Experience

Models and promotes MAPS principles to deliver a cohesive omni-channel customer experience.

Teamwork and Growth

Encourages collaboration, seeks personal development, and welcomes feedback. Performs other duties as assigned. Responsibilities may vary by brand.

Qualifications
  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
  • Must be 16 years or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to company technology.
  • Ability to stand for most of the shift.
  • Works efficiently within strict timelines.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with visual merchandising is a plus.
  • Effective communication with customers and team members, including headset use.
  • Reliable attendance and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
  • Constant walking and standing during 67-100% of an 8-hour shift.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
  • Frequent climbing (34-66%).
