Position Objective

The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture, emphasizing our core principles in all store operations. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We love what we do and believe our teams make us the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

Functional Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

• Process merchandise for proper storage, ticketing, and easy replenishment on the sales floor; reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
• Ensure new products are merchandised and represented timely.
• Enter receiving documents into the system, reconcile invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers accurately.
• Process visual materials, props, signage, and store hardware properly.
• Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Alert management to cash supply needs.
• Assist with visual directives like floorsets, window changes, signage, and visual presentations.
• Help maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.

Customer Experience

Support and promote MAPS principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.

Teamwork and Growth

• Promote inclusive, collaborative problem-solving.
• Seek personal development opportunities and feedback.
• Perform other duties as assigned, noting duties may vary by brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn company technology.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift.
• Work quickly within strict timelines and demonstrate teamwork.
• Experience with visual merchandising techniques is a plus.
• Effective communication with customers, associates, and management, including headset use.

Physical Requirements

• Constant walking/standing (67-100% of shift).
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of shift).
• Frequent climbing (34-66% of shift).
